De Leon Law Firm in 2026, Joe handled personal injury cases across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, contributing to the recovery of over $47 million for injured clients and their families throughout his career. He has managed cases from initial investigation through litigation and has taken cases to trial when necessary.

Earlier in his career, Joe represented employers and insurance carriers, gaining insight into how claims are evaluated, how risk is assessed, and how cases are defended. That experience now informs how cases are built and presented on behalf of injured clients.
